Besides metal fabrication which includes Laser Cutting, Press Forming, Bending, CNC Machining, Turrent Puching, Metal Stamping, Welding and Metal Finishing such as Powder Coating. PVE Metal Engineering undertakes full turnkey automation projects to help in reducing your production cycle time while improving your product quality in terms of end product quality consistency, work and environment safety.
We work hand-in-hand with your operational and engineering teams to seach for best suitable automation solutions for your production process and present you with conceptual designs and final project costing for your Return-On-Investment (ROI) Analysis and final approval. Typical work flow on automation projects are described below:
Once the Conceptual Design and Project Costing are approved by you, we'll proceed with Basic Design phase which yields the first the first prototypes for design verification and testing. Through these tests, we will improve the design iteratively to weed out system weaknesses until a satisfactory design that meet your objectives/design specifications. Once this is done, the Basic Design version will be released for your approval. Once it is approved, we will proceed with small batch fabrication.
First batch of units (typically 1 - 5 units) will be subject to on-site testing and verification. Modifications may be made subject to the outcome of the on-site test results. Once the modified Basic Design is approved by you, a Final Design release will be approved by you for production fabrication. Production units based on your desired quantity will be built and delivered to your site for installation, test and commissioning. Meanwhile, system familiarizaiton training will be conducted on the prototype/Basic Design units.
System maintenance can be performed by us if needed with additional Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Typical process flow of the automation project is depicted in the diagram below.
