We work hand-in-hand with your operational and engineering teams to search for suitable/optimal automation solutions for your production proces.  Once this process is finalized, we present you with the Conceptual Designs (CD) and final costing for your final approval.  Typical work flow on automation project is depicted in the given diagram.

For a typical automation project, delivery lead time may take as little as 6 weeks and as long as up to 10 months if stringent quality tests are required to ensure full customer compliance.  It is therefore essential that all critical design verification processes must be highlighted during Conceptual Design stage so that little or no amount of time is so-called "wasted" to reserve external test agencies that will be called upon to perform these design verifications at the appropriate phases of the project.

It must be emphasized that since automation projects are highly iterative in nature and interactive among the team members, each project is handled singularly by our Project Management Consultant to ensure the projects' goals completion are attended with full compliance and setup time-line are followed strictly during the entire project duration.

System maintenace can be performed by us if needed with the additional Annual Maintanence Contract (AMC), which is renewable on an annual basis.
